- Q1. Can I help with conference preparations?
A. Absolutely. We have a variety of teams covering a range of tasks. Simply email
with your contact details and any potential areas you’d like to help with.
Registration
- Q1. How do I add the early bird discount to my registration fees?
A. Pay 50% of your fees by 30th November 2008, and the early bird discount will be automatically subtracted from your fees.
- Q2. I'm having trouble logging in
A. Go to http://registration.familiesoffire.org/trouble for assistance.
- Q3. How do the fees for this conference compare to previous years?
A. Previous conference fees included meals and hence were more expensive eg $195 (13+) for WA, while meals are part of the accommodation fees at The Tops. In addition, this is the first conference for several years where we’ve offered accommodation as part of the conference.
- Q4. Does day rates include the evening program?
A. Paying day rates allows you to stay for the evening session, but does not include dinner or supper.
Accommodation
- Q1. Can we park our caravan onsite?
A. Yes, there is ample space for parking large vehicles. However, due to council regulations, you are not allowed to stay in your caravan while onsite at The Tops
Teen Camp
- Q1. What if my teen is turning 13 within a few weeks of the Teens camp?
A. The age range of the Teens Camp is 13+. If your teen turns 13 during the Teens Camp or National Conference, they can register. Otherwise, they will need to wait for the next camp, hopefully in a few years.
