Full Conference Rates

In order to give families the most choice, onsite accommodation fees are separate from conference fees - see below. Register for the full conference and pay 50% of the fees by 30th November 2008 to receive an early bird discount of $20 per person on conference fees only. Registration closes and full payment is due by 16th March 2009. The table below provides a breakdown of each.

Conference Fees

0 – 3yrs: Free
4 – 11yrs: $80 /child
12-19yrs: $110 /teen
Adult (20+): $145 /person

Onsite Accommodation

(includes meals)
0 – 3yrs: Free
4 – 11yrs: $125 /child
12+yrs: $170 /person

Day Rates

While there are a number of benefits to staying onsite (see accommodation), for people choosing to stay offsite and not attend the full conference, we offer day rates. There is a conference cost as well as a meals cost (if you wish to have morning tea / lunch / afternoon tea onsite).

Conference Fees per day

(applicable for Fri/Sat/Sun only – maximum of 2 days)
0-3: Free
4-11: $30 /child
12-19: $40 /teen
Adult (20+): $50 /person


Note: no early bird discount applies to day rates.

Meals Fee per day

(includes morning tea / lunch / afternoon tea)
$22 per person (regardless of age), up to a maximum of $100 per family, regardless of the number of people.
